Packages for both consulting & planning vary depending on location, guest count, and event turnaround time
elevated event consulting*
package includes:
-A detailed checklist outlining specific planning task that are essential to be completed within a specific time frame to ensure you are on schedule in planning your event
-A comprehensive digital Folder with documents outlining exactly how to complete all the essential steps in the planning process
-(4) 1 minute consultation calls
-Up to 15 email exchanges from the time the contract is signed until your scheduled event date.
*please note that this package is specifically designed for clients who are planning their own event and not seeking partial or full planning services
partial planning
package includes:
-Up to (5) email exchanges per month from the time of your signed contract
-(2) 60 minute phone calls
-Onsite walkthrough at your event venue
-Curation and distribution of a master event timeline
-Up to 10 hours of event day coverage including setup and breakdown
-Setting up items not directly provided by an onsite vendor (ie card box, place cards, menus, table numbers)
-1 assistant coordinator on the day of your event
-Distributing vendor gratuity
full-service planning
includes all services included in partial planning package plus the following:
Venue Research and Assistance
- Vendor and Venue Contract Review
-Assistance and management of up to 3 hotel room blocks near your venue
-Assistance with menu and beverage selection
-Tracking and reminders of final vendor payments
-2 Assistant Coordinators on the day of your event
